The Forge
What's currently on the anvil — being built, tested, and shipped.
ContactsPal
Relationships, remembered.
A relationship intelligence app — not another CRM, but a personal memory for the people in your life. Why you know someone, what matters to them, what you last discussed, and what to do next. Local-first, with cloud sync.
Dossier
The original working title.
The earlier concept and prototype that grew into ContactsPal — contextual contact storage and relationship memory, first explored as a Next.js / PWA architecture.
DevBrief
Intelligence for the builder, not just the build.
A developer intelligence and project-discovery tool — surfacing useful projects, opportunities, and signal from the noise of a working developer's day.
UbiqueAds
Advertising that leaves the screen.
A transit advertising platform running on matatu routes across Nairobi and Kiambu, connecting brands to fleet operators. Currently in a 90-day validation phase, capturing committed advertiser interest ahead of full launch.
Hardware Event Photography
Software that escapes the screen.
A freestanding camera-and-screen installation for festivals and events: people take a photo, pay, and receive it digitally. A hardware startup concept combining physical installation with a lightweight software backend.

The Archive
Finished works, bound and shelved. Built and working.
Portfolio-Ops
Automating the builder's own upkeep.
A developer productivity tool that automates parts of a personal portfolio and content workflow — a Python CLI wired into git, keeping the record of what's been built up to date without manual busywork.
SlipKitchen
A quiet experiment in decision support.
A decision-support and prediction/analytics product, one of the more experimental builds in the archive — exploring how software can help weigh options rather than just record them.
QuickCart
Checkout, without the friction.
An embeddable e-commerce checkout widget — quick order forms, cart summaries, and a proceed-to-checkout flow designed to drop into any storefront.
NudgeMate
Named for the ferryman who keeps you moving.
A goal and dream reminder PWA, named after Charon — the mythological ferryman who guides. It sends motivational nudges that keep ambitions from quietly drifting, a daily reminder of what you set out to do.

The Crypt
Ideas that were summoned, studied, and laid to rest. Nothing here is wasted — every one taught something.
GOV-FPL
You are the voter, not the president.
A Kenyan political simulation where users cast votes across real political seats — governors, senators, MPs, cabinet secretaries — rather than simply reading about them.
SakaPrice
A shopping agent for the physical aisle.
A Kenyan shopping agent for comparing prices across physical supermarkets — solving for in-store shopping rather than another online marketplace.
NSE Decoupling Ecosystem
Not another brokerage — the activities around one.
Research into the Nairobi Securities Exchange using a decoupling framework: which individual activities around investing could a startup own, rather than rebuilding a brokerage from scratch.
Verified News
A reader built around trust, not just headlines.
A Flutter news application built around verified, trustworthy reporting rather than being just another feed.
Publicserv / MPs
Making public office legible.
A Kenyan public-service information site making data on public officials more accessible — an early ancestor of GOV-FPL.
Creator Stats Platform
Let the numbers introduce you.
A platform for creators to publish audience statistics for brands to evaluate — one-time payments, no platform messaging layer, no subscriptions.
Image Database
An early exercise in search and storage.
An image collection and retrieval system exploring Flask, MongoDB, SQLite, and the Imgur and SerpAPI APIs — mostly an engineering exercise in search and storage architecture.
Saka BOT
A search companion that didn't ship.
A Flutter bot/search concept with bookmark and search pages — folded into later thinking around SakaPrice.
Who keeps the tower
The Chief Wizard
High Castle Labs is a small hardware-and-software workshop — one builder, several workbenches, no committee. The philosophy is simple: start from a problem that's annoyingly specific, not from a technology looking for a use.
Some of what's built here ships. Some of it is studied, learned from, and laid to rest in the Crypt. Both are part of the work — the Crypt just proves the Forge didn't start from nothing.
